So, I have to say....I have never been HUGE on dressing Scarlet......although she does have a few rock shirts....Kiss, The Rolling Stones and AC/DC are all bands my portly Yorkie supports, however when I saw Bret Michaels "PETS ROCK" brand of pet supplies at my local East Hanover Petsmart, I almost fell over.

How can you not love a "Doggie Doo Rag" ala Michaels himself? OR an "Every Rose Has it's Thorn"dog bowl? Very swanky. How about  a plush "Tour Bus"toy ready for chewing? C'mon!... what dog wouldn't be in heaven?  And I swear, the dog dresses are like beautiful groupie wear circa 1987! And Scarlet loves the Western Chew Boot?....brilliant Mr. Michaels...brilliant! 

Inspired by Bret's German Shepherd Diesel,  Bret insists he wants to bring out the inner rock star in your dog.  And you know what....? Shopping for and spoiling our dogs is fun. We should do it! As our best friends, they deserve it.

And even better, Petsmart charities has given out grants for over 165 million dollars to help homeless animals and they have helped save the lives of over 5 million pets so far. Our friends at the Mt. Pleasant Animal Shelter have many of their animals residing at Petsmarts East Hanover location as well......Kudos to Petsmart!

 So feel free to let your dog embrace their inner rock star! If you're a pet parent ...indulge....your dog will be Unskinny Boppin' in no time!
