I first met Donna the office manager at the Rockaway Animal Hospital about 2 years ago. She was a Rock N' Ruff fan and a fan of WDHA and she contacted me about a lovely dog that was left at the hospital by an owner that couldn't care for her anymore. Together, we helped this dog find a home! I went to their facilities a few months later to take a tour and met the incredible husband and wife Doctor team that runs the entire operation.  Dr. Maniar and his wife Dr. Gannon Maniar are so caring and loving towards the animals, it blew me away. Their own lovely dogs hang out in the office and the individual care of each pet and their human was so impressive. We then invited them to our onsite Rock N' Ruff adoption day at WDHA where they had the chance to meet the community. Rockaway Animal Hospital has been around for a very long time, however Dr. Maniar and Dr. Gannon bought the practice about a year and a half ago and decided to make Morris County their home. How lucky are we?! They have also been very generous to the shelter community. Just great folks!

I want to let you all know about their kennel space, right in their rt. 46 Rockaway location, and the GORGEOUS dogs and cats they have available for adoption! Perhaps you heard about Misty the Husky and Riley the Brittany Spaniel on Rock N' Ruff! They are awesome dogs (I met them both when they came in to film) and are looking for their forever families. Here are their pictures, along with me and Dr. Maniar and Dr. Gannon. The Rockaway Animal Hospital is a great place. Excellent care, kind hearts, sympathetic loving Doctors and staff.
