PRETTY PRINCESS PARTY CONTEST
Every little girl dreams of being a princess. Our Pretty Princess Party contest gives your little princess a chance for her dream to come true.
The enchanting two and a half hour party will be hosted by three fairy tale princess characters. All princesses attending the party will receive a photo with their favorite princess character, make balloon animals, receive hair and beauty makeovers, receive their very own tiera and more.
Age: Girls 3 -10, 4-8 is the perfect princess age.
What to wear: Bring your own costume if you like. If not, any outfit or dress will do.
No purchase or other consideration is necessary to participate in this contest.
How to Enter for a Chance to Win
The contest entry period runs from Thursday, January 28 through 11:59pm on Thursday, February 18, 2010. WDHA-FM listeners are invited to submit an email entry via the link on the contest entry page at www.wdhafm.com Entry must include the adult entrant’s name, address, phone number and birth date, as well as the name and age of the child who will be participating in the princess party. One entry per person; multiple entries will lead to disqualification from the contest. Entries must be submitted via e-mail. WMTR-AM is not responsible for errors or technical malfunction that could result in failure or delay in delivery.
At the conclusion of the entry period, up to fifty (50) entries will be chosen at random as qualifiers to participate in the princess party on February, 28, 2010 , taking place from 2:00pm -3:30pm, at Sheraton Parsippany Hotel, Parsippany, New Jersey. Each qualifier’s child or legal ward (as identified in the entry form) must attend the party with their child.
Eligibility
All entries must be submitted by a parent (at least 18 years old) on behalf of their child or legal ward, who must be 3-10 years old. Entrants must be legal residents of the United States, living in Station’s total survey area (as defined by Arbitron). Employees ( including their immediate families and members of the same household) of Greater Media New Jersey, its affiliates prize providers, advertising and promotional agencies who do business with WDHA-FM, and any other radio stations in WDHA-FM’s metro survey area (as defined by Arbitron) are not eligible to participate. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents and legal guardians, children and legal wards, grandparents and grandchildren, including “in-laws”. One entry per person; multiple entries will disqualify the entrant. Void where prohibited.
Release
By entering, all participants agree to release and hold harmless WDHA-FM, The Sentinel Publishing Co., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees and agents (“Releasees”) from any and all liability and any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this contest and any prize won. Winners (and their guests, if any) will be requires to sign a form releasing the Releases from all liability in connection with the contest. Participants further agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless the Releases with respect to any liability arising from the use and posting of the photo submissions and stories as provided in these rules.

WDHA-FM and the other Releases are not responsible for technical, hardware or software failure or malfunctions or hacking, lost or unavailable network or other telecommunications connections, or lost, late, damaged, illegible, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, disconnected, or delayed contest entries or communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this contest, or by any human error which may occur in the execution of this contest. If, for any reason, the contest is not capable of being conducted as planned, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond the control of WDHA-FM, Station reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest and/or determine an alternate method of awarding the prize(s).
License
Entry into any contest constitutes full permission for WDHA-FM and any promotion sponsors and their respective affiliates to broadcast and/or photograph or publish, including via the internet, the participant’s name, voice, submitted recipe, recorded comments, biographical information, face and likeness, and those of a minor child pictured in the photo, without compensation.
General
Failure to conform to all contest rules, or any fraud or illegal or inappropriate conduct on the part of a contestant, will result in the contestant’s disqualification and forfeiture of any prize won. WDHA-FM reserves the right to rule ineligible listeners who, in WDHA-FM’s sole judgment, engage in abusive conduct with respect to any contest or promotion conducted by WDHA-FM or its affiliates. WDHA-FM reserves the right to make changes in the contest rules at any time, which changes will become effective upon announcement. By taking part in this contest, participants agree to be bound by these rules and all the decisions of the judges, who are employees of WDHA-FM and whose decisions with respect to all aspects of the contest are final and binding. Copies of written contest rules and the list of winners are available during regular business hours at the WDHA-FM studio, 55 Horsehill Drive, Cedar Knolls, New Jersey, 07927, for 60 days after the contest concludes.
As a condition to participating in this contest, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and all causes of action arising out of or in connection with this contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Morristown, NJ having competent jurisdiction, which court shall apply the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to the conflicts of law principles thereof. The entrant and WDHA-FM hereby waive any and all right to trial by jury. If any provision of these Official Rules is declared or found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, unenforceable or void, then such provision will be null and void but each other provision hereof not so affected will be enforced to the full extent permitted by applicable law.
