How to Enter for a Chance to Win

The WDHA and WMTR Ultimate Garage Contest runs from May 20^th, 2013 until June 15^th, 2013. There are two ways to become a qualifier for the Grand Prize drawing:

(1) Starting on May 20^th, 2013, listeners will be able to register for Ultimate Garage on the WDHA – Ultimate Garage page located on the homepage of WDHAFM.com or the WMTR Ultimate Garage page located on the homepage of WMTRAM.com. Listeners must be members of the D-Club or the Cool Club respectively to enter to win. Membership in the D-Club or Cool Club is free to all individuals.

On WDHA, Starting May 28^th, 2013 through June 14, 2013, every Monday through Friday at 7 AM EST, 11 AM EST, and 4 PM EST, WDHA jocks will announce two (2) names from those who registered on the WDHA – Ultimate Garage Page. Those two listeners will have 10 minutes and 55 seconds to call the DHA studio at 973-292-1055 to qualify to win the Ultimate Garage and be invited to the final drawing.

On WMTR, Starting May 28^th, 2013 through June 14^th, 2013, every Monday through Friday at 8:20 AM EST, the WMTR will announce two (2) names from those who registered on the WMTR – Ultiamte Garage Page. Those two listeners will have 12 Minutes and 50 seconds to call the MTR game line at 973-267-9687 to qualify to win the Ultimate Garage and be invited to the final drawing.

(2) Register in person at the WDHA and WMTR Ultimate Garage Giveaway on June 15^th, 2013, between 12:00pm ESTand 2:00pm EST, at the Morristown Lumber, 103 Ridgedale Aveneue in Morristown, NJ 07960. At least five (5) additional qualifiers will be selected at random from the event entries.

Entrants may only qualify once during the contest period, regardless of entry method. All qualifiers (other than the final qualifiers selected at the giveaway event) will be notified by phone or email and will be invited to the WDHA and WMTR Ultimate Garage Giveaway on Saturday, June 15^th, 2013 starting at 12:00 PM, at Morristown Lumber, 103 Ridgedale Aveneue in Morristown, NJ 07960. Qualified participants must attend the Ultimate Garage Giveaway event on June 15th in order to be eligible to win the Grand Prize. Substitutions are not permitted. Qualifiers must register with the WDHA/WMTR promotions crew by 1 p.m. on June 15th to be eligible to participate in the Grand Prize drawing. Must be present to win.

Grand Prize winner will be determined by random drawing or other random selection method from all qualifiers registered and present at the Ultimate Garage Giveaway event on June 15^th, 2013. Subject to confirmation of eligibility, the qualifier whose name is drawn will win the Grand Prize Ultimate Garage.

All contest entries will become the property of WDHA and WMTR and will not be acknowledged or returned.

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, the Ultimate Garage package. How to Enter for a Chance to Win

WDHA Clash for Cash contest will be executed between May 13^th and May 30^th in the Morristown area and on May 31^st at Meadowlands Racetrack, 50 State Route 120 in East Rutherford, New Jersey 07073. There are two ways to enter this contest: beginning on or about May 13, 2013 and ending on May 24^th, 2013, artists and bands should submit one (1) song through the Clash for Cash contest page on WDHAFM.com by emailing wdhacontest@wdhafm.com . All submissions should be in .MP3 format. Bands and artist may also submit CDs through mail by sending entries to:

All submissions will be judged by WDHA management.

On Monday, May 27^th, WDHA management will select four (4) to six (6) bands out of all those submitted to play in WDHA’s Clash for Cash on May 31^st, 2013 at The Meadowlands Racetrack.

Each band selected will perform at The Meadowlands Racetrack on May 31st, 2013. Each band must arrive and check in no later then 5 PM with WDHA representatives. Any band showing up after 5 PM will be subject to disqualification. Each band will perform a minimum of two (2) twenty (20) minute sets at the venue the night of the show. Band performance times will be announced and confirmed at a later date before the show.

Bands will be judged by a panel of up to five (5) judges selected by WDHA and The Meadowlands Racetrack. Bands will be judged on a scale of 1 to 10 in the following categories: Music, Stage Presence, Appearance and Personality, and Crowd Reaction. The band with the highest combined score of the judges will be selected as the grand prize winner. The band with the second highest score will be selected as the second prize winner. The band with the third highest score will be selected as the third prize winner. The grand prize for this contest is $1500. The second place prize for this contest is $750. The third place prize for this contest is $500.

In the event of a tie score, judges will vote which band they thought was better. The band with the majority vote of the judges will be declared the winner.

All contest entries will become the property of Station and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Prize

The grand prize for this contest is $1500 for the 1^st place band, $750 for the 2^nd place band, and $500 for the 3^rd place band.

Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Non-cash prizes are not redeemable for cash. WDHA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value. Winners may not request prize substitution. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be claimed or used by any person other than the winner. Winners must claim their prizes in person at the WDHA offices within 30 days after the end of the contest. Prizes not claimed within the 30-day period will be forfeited.

Eligibility

All entrants must be at least 18 years old and legal residents of the United States, living or working in Station’s total survey area (as defined by Arbitron). A winner will be disqualified if he/she or a member of his/her household has won a WDHA contest with a value over $50.00 within the previous 60 days. Employees (including their immediate families and members of the same household) of Greater Media New Jersey, its affiliates, promotion sponsors, advertising and promotional agencies who do business with WDHA or any of the promotion sponsors, and other radio stations in WDHA’s metro survey area (as defined by Arbitron) are not eligible to participate in any contest presented by WDHA. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents and legal guardians, children and legal wards, grandparents, and grandchildren, including “in-laws.” One entry per person; multiple entries will disqualify the entrant. Void where prohibited.

Release

By entering, all participants agree to release and hold harmless the promotion sponsors, WDHA, The Sentinel Publishing Co., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability and any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this contest and any prize won. Winners (and their guests, if any) will be required to sign a form releasing WDHA and its affiliated companies from all liability in connection with the contest and the award and use of the prize before claiming the prize.

WDHA undertakes no liability or responsibility, and makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the performance of the prize(s) awarded, for any failure to perform or negligent performance of any service provider, or for any other risk, incident or damage, direct or indirect, relating to or arising out of the contest, including (but not limited to) cancellations, postponements, delays or other scheduling changes; missed events or connections or inability of winner to attend; and accident, injury, death, damage or expense arising from or occurring during the use of the prize, or travel to/from or attendance at any event relating to the contest, by the winner and/or winner’s guest(s). License

Entry into any contest constitutes full permission for WDHA and promotion sponsors and their respective affiliates to broadcast and/or to photograph or publish the participant's name, voice, recorded comments, biographical information, face and likeness without compensation.

Taxes

WDHA will report the total value of each prize to the IRS and will furnish winners with a federal Form 1099. Winners must provide their social security number to WDHA for tax reporting purposes, and are solely responsible for payment of all taxes incurred as a result of the award of a prize.

General

Failure to conform to all contest rules, or any fraud or other illegal or inappropriate conduct on the part of a contestant or on a contestant’s behalf, will result in the contestant's disqualification and forfeiture of any prize won. WDHA reserves the right to rule ineligible listeners who, in WDHA’s sole judgment, engage in abusive conduct with respect to any contest or promotion conducted by WDHA or its affiliates. WDHA reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify this Contest and these Official Rules at any time, which changes will become effective upon announcement. By taking part in this contest, participants agree to be bound by these rules and all decisions of the judges, who are employees of WDHA and whose decisions with respect to all aspects of the contest are final and binding. Copies of written contest rules and the list of winners are available during regular business hours at the WDHA studio, 55 Horsehill Road, Cedar Knolls, NJ 07927, for 60 days after the contest concludes.

As a condition to participating in this Contest, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and all causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Morristown, New Jersey having competent jurisdiction, which court shall apply the laws of the State of New Jersey,without regard to the conflicts of law principles thereof. The entrant and WDHA hereby waive any and all right to trial by jury. If any provision of these Official Rules is declared or found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, unenforceable or void, then such provision will be null and void but each other provision hereof not so affected will be enforced to the full extent permitted by applicable law.

How to Enter for a Chance to Win

Between April 15^th, 2013 and May 18^th, 2013, WDHA will conduct the ‘DHA Ayers Chevrolet Cruze or Lose contest. Listeners can qualify ONLY ONCE during the contest period. Enter in one of the following ways during the contest period:

(1) On weekdays during the contest period, Monday through Friday, WDHA will designate a WDHA Ayers Chevrolet Artist of the Day. WDHA will play a song by the designated artist four (4) times between 6AM and Midnight (all times ET). After the completion of each song, WDHA will take caller number five (5) at 973-292-1055 and, subject to confirmation of eligibility, s/he will be qualified for the grand prize drawing to win a 2013 Chevrolet Cruze LS. 100 qualifiers will be selected by this method. All qualifiers through this method will also receive a pair of WDHA Cruzin’ Sunglasses (ARV: $5). 100 qualifying prizes will be awarded. All qualifiers will be invited to the WDHA Ayers Chevrolet Cruze or Lose grand prize event on Saturday, May 18^th, 2013 at Ayers Chevrolet, 1 Route 46 in Dover, New Jersey 07801. The event will take place between 12 PM ET and 2 PM ET.

NOTE: Only a song performed by the specific Artist of the Day, when played in its entirety from beginning to end, will be used to solicit contest calls. Snippets of songs played for advertising or promotional purposes and music beds that contain music from the Artist of the Day WILL NOT count. Listeners should try to be the 5th caller as soon as a song by the Artist of the Day ends. If a listener accidentally calls when a song snippet or music bed is played, s/he will simply be informed of the error. Online listeners to the Station web stream may experience a reception delay of up to one minute. Listening to the station’s over-the-air broadcast is the best way to participate in this contest. Caller qualification is subject to FULL phone call completion, and the verification of the caller’s name, address, home phone number, work/cell phone number and social security number, all of which must be provided prior to completion of the call. Contest calls will not be accepted at any other number.

(2) Individuals will be able to enter to qualify on site at Ayers Chevrolet during regular business hours between Monday, April 15^th and Thursday, May 16^th at 12 Noon EST. Individuals must enter at the WDHA Ayers Chevrolet Cruze or Lose box located on site at Ayers Chevrolet, 1 Route 46 in Dover, New Jersey 07801. On May 16^th, 2013, WDHA will pull one hundred and five (105) qualifiers from those entered. One hundred and five (105) qualifiers will be selected by this method and contacted by the WDHA promotions department. May only enter once through this method. Odds of qualifying depend on the number of entries received.

(3) Individuals will also have one final chance to qualify at the WDHA Ayers Chevrolet Cruze or Lose grand prize event taking place on Saturday, May 18^th, 2013 between 12 PM and 2 PM at Ayers Chevrolet, 1 Route 46 in Dover, New Jersey 07801. Individuals may enter on-site by completing and submitting the official registration form between 12 PM ET and 1:30 PM ET. WDHA will select ten (10) entries by random drawing at or around 1:40 PM ET and announce the qualifiers on-site. Odds of being selected as a qualifier depend on number of eligible entries received. Must be present to qualify. All contest entries will become the property of Station and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Qualifiers (other than those selected on-site that day) must check in with a WDHA representative beginning at 12 PM. Upon checking in or upon confirmation as an on-site qualifier, qualifiers will receive a numbered tab and will fold and place a corresponding numbered card into a raffle wheel. At or around 1:55 PM, representatives from WDHA and Ayers Chevrolet will randomly select one numbered card out of the raffle wheel. The listener with the corresponding numbered tab will be the grand prize winner, subject to final confirmation of eligibility. Qualifiers must be present to be eligible to win the grand prize. No substitutions or stand-in’s will be allowed for qualifiers.

Prize

One (1) grand prize will be awarded: a 2013 Chevy Cruze LS, vehicle identification number D7215639. The MSRP of the grand prize is $19,095. Additional fees may apply as determined by the dealer. Tax, title, and license fee are not included in the grand prize and must be paid by the grand prize winner before taking possession of the vehicle. Winner must have valid auto insurance and a valid driver’s license to claim vehicle. Vehicle color and installed options cannot be changed.

Odds of being selected as an on-site qualifier depend on number of eligible on-site entries received. Odds of winning once selected as a qualifier depend on how many qualifiers are present at the grand prize event, but are no less than 1 in 215. WDHA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any prize with one of comparable value. Winner may not request prize substitution. Prize is non-transferable and may not be claimed or used by any person other than the winner. Winner must claim prize in person by completing all required prize paperwork at the WDHA offices within 30 days after the end of the contest. Vehicle must be picked up at the dealership; allow up to two weeks for title processing and inspection. Prize not claimed within the 30-day period will be forfeited.

CONTEST RULES 2011
- NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

1. Employees and the immediate family members and members of the households of employees of WDHA and advertisers, and their respective parent and affiliated companies, are not eligible to participate in our contests.

2. All winners must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to participate. Only one (1) winner per household will be accepted in our contests. For purposes of this contest, “household” shall mean all persons residing at, or claiming as their principal residence, any single occupancy dwelling or unit in a multiple occupancy dwelling.

3. No person is eligible to participate in our contests who have won any prize from WDHA with a value of $25 or greater within the 30-day period prior to the start date of the next contest.

4. Unless otherwise noted, each winner of our contests must claim his or her prize, in person, at the offices of WDHA within 30 days after the end of the contest. Tickets to events must be claimed by close of business at least 2 business days prior to the event (tickets for Saturday and Sunday events must be picked up by Wednesday, Monday events by Thursday, and Tuesday events by Friday). Prizes not claimed within the required timeframe will be forfeited.

5. Each winner of our contests must provide a Social Security Number for tax reporting purposes, and will be responsible for the payment of any federal, state or local taxes in conjunction with the award and use of a prize.

6. Each contest winner must sign an agreement releasing WDHA and the contest sponsors from liability in connection with the operation of the contest, and the award and use of the prize, and giving WDHA and the contest sponsors the right to use the contest winner’s name, likeness, voice, biographical information and recorded comments in connection with the advertising and promotion of the contest and WDHA and sponsors and their business.

7. WDHA undertakes no liability or responsibility, and makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the performance of the prize(s) awarded, for any failure to perform or negligent performance of any service provider, or for any other risk, incident or damage, direct or indirect, relating to or arising out of the contest, including (but not limited to) cancellations, postponements, delays or other scheduling changes; missed events or connections or inability of winner to attend; and accident, injury, damage or expense arising from or occurring during the use of the prize, or travel to/from or attendance at any event relating to the contest, by the winner and/or winner’s guest(s). 8. Any dispute or controversy arising out of or in connection with the administration of our contests shall be resolved by the management of WDHA, whose decisions are final and binding.

9. STATION reserves the right to make changes in the contest rules at any time, which changes will become effective upon announcement.

10. Failure to conform to all contest rules or fraud on the part of a contest participant will result in the disqualification of such contest participant.

11. WDHA is not responsible for the failure of any telecommunication system or part thereof, or for lost, late or misdirected contest entries, whether transmitted by mail, by telephone or via the internet.
