Lynyrd Skynyrd will be headlining Discovery Channels’ Chopper Live: The Revenge next month!
The Southern rockers will join Paul Teutul Senior and Junior from American Chopper, Jesse James from Outlaw Garage and Fast ‘N Loud crew Richard Rawlings and Aaron Kaufman as the four compete for the title of ultimate bike builder.
But let’s step away from the motorcycles for a bit and take a better look at Lynyrd Skynyrd!
The band has released over 60 albums, most recently, Last of a Dyin’ Breed. The album was released in August of this year, and became a hit reaching the #14 spot on the Billboard Top 200.
And the Rock and Roll Hall of Famers will just be adding another chapter in their legacy by performing on Chopper Live: The Revenge.
During the show, Skynyrd will reportedly play “Last of a Dyin’ Breed,” the title track from their latest album, and their classic hit “Sweet Home Alabama.”
We think it’s safe to say that if the bikes don’t get your motor running, the music sure will.
American Chopper, will air at its scheduled time on Monday, December 10th at 9pm ET, after which, fans will get the chance to vote on their favorite bike. Then the fun continues on Tuesday, December 10th, when Chopper Live: The Revenge, takes place at Las Vegas’s Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.
Lynyrd Skynyrd is currently on tour in the UK, making their North American return on Friday, November 16th when they play at the Choctaw Casino in Durant, OK.
