ZZ Top has always been a trio of sharp dressed men, and now, fans have the opportunity to own a piece of Billy Gibbons’ signature style.
Versions of Gibbons’ African nudu, also known as a Bamileke beanie and his most popular accessory since he ditched his famous ten-gallon hat, are now available for purchase.
While we realize it’s a hard look to pull off, the price of the hats may intimidate you even more. The handmade nudus are currently selling on eBay for a whopping $375 a pop! Some may be better off finding a pair of exceptionally cool sunglasses and willing that beard to finally grow…
Meanwhile, the Texas rockers have been celebrating the 30th anniversary of their album Eliminator, appearing earlier this week on the Memphis radio show “In the Studio.” Eliminator, originally released on March 23rd, 1983, featured some of the band’s greatest hits, including “Legs,” “Sharp Dressed Man,” “Gimme All Your Lovin’,” and “Got Me Under Pressure.”
ZZ Top is currently on tour in Australia with Guns N’ Roses through March 20th, when they’ll head back to the United States for a series of concerts that wrap up on May 25th in Biloxi, MS.
